Each access level includes the selected level’s permissions and all the permissions of the lesser levels. The user types include Viewer, Manage orders, Manage carriers, Billing, and Admin, each with different levels of permissions.

Only a team member with admin permission can give Dashboard access to another team member. To invite a new team member, go to Dashboard → Settings → Team, click Add team member, enter your team member’s email and name, select the permission level you wish to grant your team member's account, and click Send invite.

To update a team member's name, email, or permission level, go to Dashboard → Settings → Team, select the user you would like to edit from the list of Team members, edit team member details as needed, and click Save.

If your organization has more than one account with Zonos, you can add additional account access to an existing team member by going to Dashboard → Settings → Team, clicking on the team member you want to allow to view multiple stores in Dashboard, scrolling down to Allowed accounts and clicking Add by account ID, typing the store ID of the store that you want to let this team member access into the Account ID field, and clicking Add and Save allowed accounts.

How to toggle between Dashboard accounts?

When a team member has access to multiple Dashboard accounts, they can log in once and then toggle between the different accounts. To switch from one account to another, click on your name in the bottom left of Dashboard, select Click to switch, and select the name of the store whose Dashboard you want to view.

To remove a team member's access to a single account, while retaining their access to other accounts, go to Dashboard → Settings → Team, click on the team member for which you want to remove access to a single account, scroll down to Allowed accounts and click on the account that you want to remove access for, and click Save allowed accounts.

To remove a team member's access to Dashboard entirely, go to Dashboard → Settings → Team, select the user for which you would like to remove access from the list of Team members, and click Delete team member at the bottom of the page.
