Enable multi-factor authentication for your Zonos account.
Zonos supports adding a layer of security to your account by using multi-factor authentication (MFA). You may enable it for all team members on your Zonos account or individual users. When MFA is enabled, users must use an additional code to log into Dashboard.
Dashboard supports the following methods for receiving authentication tokens:
Email - Upon login, the user's primary email will be sent a one-time token that they can use to log in. Email addresses need to be verified through Dashboard before they can be used.
SMS - Upon login, the user's selected phone number will be sent a one-time token that they can use to log in. Phone numbers need to be verified through Dashboard before they can be used.
At the bottom of the page in the Account Security section, check the Require all users to use multi-factor authentication box.
Click Save.
Once you enable multi-factor authentication for all members of your team, they will be asked to set up an authentication method on their next login. This will prompt them to select email or SMS and validate their email address or phone number.
