Find orders

You can see your ecommerce platform's order number from Dashboard's Orders page.

Identify the order number 

1. Go to Dashboard -> Orders.
2. On the Orders page, the order number will be displayed under the Order number column.

There are four order statuses in Dashboard: Open, Fulfilled, Partially fulfilled, and Canceled.

• Open: New orders will have a gray Open order status. They are ready for you to ship!
• Fulfilled: Once all items in an order are processed, packed, and shipped (with a label created and tracking information added in Dashboard or through your ecommerce platform), the status will update to a green Fulfilled status.
• Partially fulfilled: If only some items in an order have been shipped while others remain pending, the order will show an orange Partially fulfilled status.
• Canceled: When you cancel an order in Dashboard, the status will show a red Canceled status.

Some integrations sync order status from the ecommerce platform to Dashboard. Depending on the integration, orders shipped or canceled outside of Zonos may automatically update the status in Dashboard.

Verify order status 

1. Go to Dashboard -> Orders.
2. On the Orders page, the order status will display to the right of the Total column, in green, red, or gray.

You can apply filters in Dashboard to easily locate orders based on status, date, and more.

Apply a filter 

1. Go to Dashboard -> Orders.
2. Above the orders, you can click to add filters for Total, Service level, Destination, or Date.
3. Select any options under the filter that apply.
4. Click Apply to apply the filter.
5. To remove the filter, click the active filters and deselect the items you no longer want to filter by.

Note: If you click to view an order and return to the orders page, the filters will automatically be removed, and you will be back to the initial order page showing your most recent order.

You can toggle between the Shopper currency that was paid at checkout and the your store's native currency by using the currency icon in the top right corner navigation of Dashboard.

To set the default display currency on the order list page to either be your store's native currency or the currency that the shopper paid at checkout follow these steps:

1. Go to Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Account preferences by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner.
3. Select Manage account
4. Click Preferences
5. Next to Default order currency, select Store native currency to display the order list in your store's native currency or Currency paid at checkout to display the order list in the currency that the shopper paid at checkout.
