You can adjust shipping zones in Zonos Dashboard based on your needs, including adjusting service levels, turning countries on or off, only estimating duty and tax for certain zones, and deleting the zone entirely.
Add or remove countries
In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
Scroll down to “Countries and regions”.
Find the country you would like to enable/disable, then check/uncheck the box next to it.
Click Save changes.
Add or remove service levels
In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
Enable/disable the service levle by checking or unchecking the box next to it.
Click Save changes.
Only estimate duty and tax
In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
Uncheck the box “Allow customers to prepay duties and taxes”.
Click Save changes.
Delete a shipping zone
In Dashboard, go to Settings -> Shipping -> Manage rates -> click on the zone you want to modify.
