Item Quoter uses AI-powered technology to generate accurate HS codes for your products. Beyond basic HS code classification, you can validate existing HS codes for consistency, and by adding the made-in country, currency and amount, Item Quoter will return U.S. commercial and postal duty rates.
For online businesses without live duty calculation in their checkout, Item Quoter provides duty rates to help determine appropriate product pricing strategies to account for international duties.

Payment responsibility
As a verified shipper, you're directly responsible for duty payments on all international shipments processed through your account. Zonos handles customs remittance to U.S. Customs and Border Control (CBP) on your behalf and invoices you for duties and fees.
Invoice features:
Charges: Duties, Zonos service fees (varies by Postal Operator)
Payment terms: Net 10-30 days, multiple payment methods available
Payment methods: Bank transfers, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards

To set up a new integration:
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
Click Connect an account
Create new account and select partner organization (e.g., Canada Post, Australia Post)
Once created, toggle between accounts using the Dashboard store switcher by clicking your store icon (top left) and selecting your store or clicking Switch store to search.
Note: When you link multiple accounts, they will share a single payment method. You cannot have different payment methods for each linked account.
